Can-du does not require student personal information in order to use the Platform's core lesson planning and content generation features.

Users should only enter student information when they have the necessary authority and permissions to do so. Can-du does not independently verify whether a user has authority to upload or process student information.

Where student-related information is provided, Can-du processes that information solely for the purpose of delivering requested Platform functionality and does not use such information to train its own artificial intelligence models.

Users are responsible for ensuring that information uploaded to the Platform complies with applicable laws, policies, permissions, and educational requirements.

Can-du does not create accounts for children and does not knowingly provide services directly to children.

Certain Platform features may allow educators to voluntarily enter or upload information relating to students. Where student information is provided, users are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the legal authority, permissions, and approvals necessary to collect, use, disclose, and upload that information in accordance with applicable laws, school board policies, district requirements, and institutional policies.

Can-du processes student-related information solely for the purpose of providing requested Platform functionality and does not use student-related information to train its own artificial intelligence models.

If Can-du becomes aware that information has been collected, used, or disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with applicable law, we may take steps to investigate, restrict access to, or delete the information where appropriate.

16. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.

Can-du is not responsible for:
